Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Round Lake Decor. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time:
In stock items:Currently all orders have a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Custom items and Out of Stock Items:Personalized items and out-of-stock items must be manufactured prior to shipment. Our current lead time is three to four weeks from the time of order confirmation. This means orders will ship out three to four from the date the order is confirmed.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
We are currently offering free shipping on all orders via USPS Priority Package or USPS Ground Advantage. Our current lead times are 3 to 4 weeks, however it is not unusual to ship an order sooner.
Carrier delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
Round Lake Decor ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Round Lake Decor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item(s) are damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item(s), please contact our customer support at info@roundlakedecor.com with a picture of the item(s) as well as the box within 5 days of receiving your item(s). Do not throw away the packaging of your item(s) until the claim is fulfilled otherwise your claim may be denied.
Unfortunately we currently only ship to U.S. addresses. We hope to further expand our delivery options soon.
