Shipping:
We are currently offering Free Shipping on all orders!
We ship all products via USPS Priority Package or USPS Ground Advantage.

Unfortunately we currently only ship to U.S. addresses. International Shipping will be coming soon.
Currently our lead time is three to four weeks. We typically beat these times. The lead time is determined by the number of products in a purchase, customization requirements, as well as the choice of a stainless or powder coated finish. Other factors that may delay an order are equipment malfunctions, holidays, and incorrect customer information.
We do not offer rushed orders. All orders are shipped USPS Priority. It is recommended that if you need a product by a certain date, place your order ahead of time.
Orders and Returns:
It is not necessary to create a customer account as you can make purchases as a guest. However it is recommended that you make an account to keep up to date with future sales and products.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order email us at info@roundlakedecor.com and let us know your order number. You will have 24 hours after the time of purchase to do so. Refer to our refund policy for more information. Once 24 hours has elapsed we will not be able to cancel or change an order.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 5 days after the receipt of the item(s) for non custom products. Fees may apply. The customer is responsible for any incurred shipping costs as a result of the return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for gift cards, custom design fees, or custom/personalized products.
You can enter any current coupon/discount code at checkout. This will be located on the right hand side of the customer information page.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item(s) are damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item(s), please contact our customer support at info@roundlakedecor.com with a picture of the item(s) as well as the box within 5 days of receiving your item(s). Do not throw away the packaging of your item(s) until the claim is fulfilled otherwise your claim may be denied.
Custom signs are made exactly according to what you enter and the preview presented while creating. We do not add any text.
Prices are determined by the size and material of the products. Certain products are only offered in larger sizes due to the detail and complexity of the design.

We use a 16-gauge material (.060 thick).
Currently we offer our products in stainless steel or a black powder-coated carbon steel. We hope to offer more colors soon.
Length and width dimensions are listed on each product.
All products come with .18” mounting holes placed according to the design to ensure proper balance and stability of the piece. It is recommended that products be hung on a stud for extra support.
Our Stainless Steel Signs will not rust. All of our painted products are powder coated and are rust/weather resistant.
We reserve the right to deny any use of text or design that may be subject to copyright or trademark infringement, as well as the use of any profanity. If an issue arises we will contact you to resolve the problem.
