Refund policy

Custom items are non-refundable. All items are made to order, therefore due to the time and resources allocated to the production of our products, cancellations or changes will not be permitted once 24 hours has passed after the time of purchase.

If you wish to cancel a non-custom item(s), you will have up to 24 hours after the time of purchase to do so. Once this time has elapsed, we will be unable to cancel your order.

Promotional and sale items are unable to be cancelled and are non-refundable.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item(s) are damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item(s), please contact our customer support at (email address here) with a picture of the item(s) as well as the box within 5 days of receiving your item(s). Do not throw away the packaging of your item(s) until the claim is fulfilled otherwise your claim may be denied. We will do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 5 days after the receipt of the item(s) for non custom products. Fees may apply. The customer is responsible for any incurred shipping costs as a result of the return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for gift cards, custom design fees, or custom/personalized products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

You will receive a partial refund only if the item(s) is not in its original condition, if the item(s) is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to the company, or if the item(s) is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Refund Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs when returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund upon receival of the returned item(s). It is recommended that you track your return shipment, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
